This Privacy Policy explains how Advirio LLC, a Texas limited liability company that owns and operates Gigalax Cards (“Advirio,” “Gigalax,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Gigalax Cards website, our Discord community, our signals and tools, our online store, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

01 Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you join the community, subscribe, contact us, or buy from our store, we may collect your name, email address, Discord username and ID, billing details, shipping address, and anything else you choose to share with us or post in the community.

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number. The processor handles your payment details under its own privacy and security practices, and we receive limited information such as confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card.

Information from Discord. When you access the community through Discord, we and our community bots receive information Discord makes available, including your username, user ID, roles, and activity within our server. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord’s own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our providers may collect log and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps, using cookies and similar technologies. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Services.

09 Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request access to or deletion of your personal information, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We will verify your request as required by law, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

10 Children

The Services are not directed to, and not intended for, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11 Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Services link to and rely on third-party platforms and websites, including Discord, marketplaces, and data providers. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.

12 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Services. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
