Gigalax Cards is owned and operated by Advirio LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Advirio,” “Gigalax,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gigalax Cards website, our Discord community, our signals and alerts, our AI tools, our online store, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By joining the community, subscribing, purchasing from our store, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Gigalax Cards provides information, data, and analysis about collectibles. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker, dealer, financial advisor, tax advisor, or legal advisor. Nothing we publish is, or should be understood or construed as, financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Every signal, alert, buy recommendation, price median, comp, net profit projection, rare find, and market report is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is general in nature and is not tailored to your personal financial situation, experience, goals, or risk tolerance.
Our signals and analysis are built on historical sold data and cultural catalysts. Past performance is not a guarantee of, and is not necessarily indicative of, future results. We make no promise that any card, set, sealed product, or other item will increase in value, grade at any particular level, sell at any particular price, or return a profit.
Any performance figures we publish, for example the share of monthly picks that held or moved up, describe past outcomes over a specific measurement period and reflect the method we used to calculate them. Where we publish such a figure, we will identify the period it covers. These figures are not a projection of future performance and are not a promise of results for you.
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that any price, median, comp, population figure, or other data point is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Market conditions and prices change rapidly.
Some of our Services, including the Grading and Sell Optimizer and other signal-generating tools, are powered by artificial intelligence that reads our database. These tools generate outputs for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a licensed financial advisor, are not a substitute for professional advice or your own judgment, and do not provide personalized recommendations.
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or error-free and may reflect the limitations of the underlying data. Treat them as one input among many, verify independently, and do not rely on them as the sole basis for any decision. Advirio and its developers are not responsible for actions taken based on AI outputs.
Membership gives you access to the private Gigalax Cards community and its signals, alerts, tools, and educational content.
Founding memberships. The first 300 members are offered free for life on the terms described at the point of sign-up.
Standard membership and recurring billing. Standard membership is billed at the price shown at checkout, currently $19 per month. By subscribing, you give your express informed consent to a recurring charge that automatically renews each billing period at the then-current rate for your membership until you cancel. Before you provide billing information, we disclose the price, the billing frequency, the automatic renewal, and how to cancel. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal.
Your locked-in price. As long as your membership stays active and continuous, you keep the price you signed up at. If we raise prices in the future, your rate does not change while your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later rejoin, you rejoin at the price in effect at that time, which may be higher or lower than what you previously paid. In other words, staying subscribed protects your rate; canceling releases it.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time, through a method at least as simple as the one you used to sign up. There are no contracts and no lock-in. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time.
Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card provider without first contacting us to resolve it, we may treat the dispute as a request to end your membership, suspend or terminate your access, and contest any chargeback we believe is not valid, including by providing records of your consent and use.
We sell physical goods, including trading cards and merchandise, through our online store and connected platforms. Descriptions, images, grades, and prices are provided in good faith but may contain errors, and we reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders, and refuse or limit any purchase.
Trading cards are collectible items. Condition, grade, and value are subjective and can change. Unless a card is described as professionally graded by a named grading company, any condition assessment is our opinion and not a guarantee. Third-party grades reflect that grader’s opinion at a point in time.
Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law. Returns, exchanges, and refunds for store purchases are handled under the policy shown at checkout or on the applicable platform. Where a purchase is completed on a third-party platform, that platform’s terms and buyer protections also apply.
The Gigalax Cards community is a shared space. When you participate, you agree to:
Content posted by other members reflects their own opinions, not ours. We do not endorse or verify member content, and you should treat all community discussion as conversation, not advice. We may remove content and suspend or remove any member, with or without notice, for any conduct we determine violates these Terms or harms the community.
The Services, including our signals, data compilations, frameworks, reports, written content, branding, logos, and the Gigalax Cards name, are owned by Advirio LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own individual use while your membership is active.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or create derivative works from our paid content, signals, or data without our written permission. Trademarks, card images, and other third-party marks referenced in the Services belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
The Services rely on and link to third-party platforms, including Discord, our data providers, payment processors, and marketplaces such as eBay. We do not control these platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or actions. Data sourced from third-party providers is passed through as-is, and we make no guarantee as to its accuracy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to hold a paid membership or make a purchase. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any signal, alert, or data will be accurate or profitable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advirio LLC, its members, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, purchases, investments, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, any signal or AI output, any purchase, or any decision you make.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars.
You use the Services at your own risk and accept all risk associated with collecting, buying, selling, grading, and investing in collectibles.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advirio LLC and its members, employees, and contributors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between you and Advirio are resolved.
Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at eddy@gigalaxcards.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Advirio agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer rules, and will take place in Collin County, Texas or by remote means.
Class action waiver. You and Advirio agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing eddy@gigalaxcards.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating that you opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, the governing law and venue section below applies to your disputes.
If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, this entire arbitration section does not apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may stop using the Services and cancel your membership at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, or if you have opted out of arbitration, you agree that the dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
